Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Leading the Kangu transportation structure focused on Last Mile operations in the North, Northeast, and Central-West regions—launching new operations and managing the current 18 distribution centers, with your base potentially located in Recife or Salvador. * Ensuring vehicles operate efficiently and align with established operational procedures and principles, consistently promoting a safe environment within operations. * Managing conflicts and conducting complex negotiations to enhance service quality and excellence. * Transforming data into valuable business insights, with reporting extending up to the executive leadership level. * Building, supervising, leading, and developing a strong team, fostering positive morale and communication across sites. * Increasing operational safety, quality, productivity, and capacity. * Managing area performance indicators and guiding the team to develop action plans addressing potential deviations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Sciences, or related fields, plus experience in planning, industry, or transportation. * Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, data automation, SQL, metric definition, and data integration. * Experience leading large and/or multidisciplinary teams, including motivating and guiding teams to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment. * Strategic vision and problem-solving orientation, with the ability to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and build high-impact solutions. * Willingness to work in the capital city and Greater Recife or Salvador, Monday through Friday, plus availability for travel to oversee and manage regional operations. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * Ownership of your professional development in an environment rich with opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge-sharing with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, fully equipped to provide you with a remarkable experience. :) Mercado Livre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for monetary payments.
