Description: * Completed technical high school in Mechanical, Mechatronics or related fields; * NR12 and NR35 courses; * Experience in the area is desirable; * Must reside in the Manaus - AM region. * Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance; * Disassemble, clean and reassemble hot section systems (heads, molds, adapters, feedblocks, screen changers, screws and barrels); * Operate lifting equipment, platforms and forklifts, only for certified personnel; * Use torches, flame guns and LPG gas cylinders used in cleaning machine components; * Operate lathe and milling machines to create, repair, modify or adjust machine parts; * Create or participate in creating checklists, procedures and work instructions; * Follow procedures, standardized work, and checklists during preventive, corrective or inspection routines; * Operate metalworking tools such as cutting, welding, saws, grinders, drills, etc.; * Record all corrective and preventive actions in the SAP system through maintenance orders and service requests, as well as other internal tools; * Perform mechanical corrective and preventive maintenance on refrigeration and compressed air systems according to procedures and checklists; * Develop and train other mechanics in work instructions aiming at sector improvements; * Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams; * Use instrumentation and metrology equipment (tape measure, caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, etc.); * Keep the workplace (workshop) always clean and organized; * Perform general cleaning of equipment/machine and area before releasing it to the user. 251010020224647985
