Requirements: * Handling tools required for assembly, while ensuring they remain in proper working condition. * Participating in training and capacity-building programs to enhance technical knowledge and keep up with recommended production practices. * Strictly adhering to safety, occupational health, ergonomics, and environmental regulations, contributing to a safe working environment. * Performing workplace organization and cleaning activities to ensure operational safety and efficiency. * Washing pallets, cleaning process boxes, and any other production process accessories. Supporting other production-related tasks and activities as needed and assigned by the supervisor. * Recording operations in the system using barcode or QR code scanners. * Performing rework, disassembly, desoldering, and component replacement when requested. * Performing manual assembly and soldering as required. * Performing component selection when necessary. * Assisting in material counting; * Replenishing workstations with materials; * Segregating/returning products and boards for repair in the system; * Reflashing firmware on circuit boards.
