If you are a results-driven individual who enjoys making a difference, we would love to have you join us to drive business growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage all industrial operations, including production, maintenance, internal logistics, quality, and engineering. * Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring efficiency and competitiveness. * Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Establish and monitor industrial KPIs, such as productivity, OEE, waste, lead time, costs, and safety. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations, guaranteeing regulatory conformity. * Plan and execute industrial investments, including capacity expansion, automation, and process modernization. * Evaluate and optimize production processes, aiming to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve quality levels. * Interact directly with corporate departments—such as Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Operations—to ensure strategic alignment. * Lead transformation projects, such as Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4\.0, and factory digitalization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specialization in Manufacturing Management, and postgraduate studies in Business Management or related fields.
