Job Summary: We are seeking an organized professional with a spirit of service and strong interpersonal skills to greet and direct clients, guide patients, and handle patient admissions and appointments. We value proactive professionals who continuously think of ways to deliver the best possible outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet and direct external and internal clients; * Guide patients and/or their family members regarding outpatient care policies and routines; * Attend meetings scheduled by supervision and/or coordination; * Participate in internal or external training sessions promoted by the institution, with prior approval from immediate supervision; * Process patient admissions for care, verifying referral forms/authorizations, personal documents, and health insurance cards for system registration; * Schedule exams and consultations according to descriptions, instructions, preparation requirements, and availability; * Prepare exam cost estimates; * Comply with the institution’s policies, standards, regulations, and other duties related to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in this role and with health insurance plans is mandatory * Strong interpersonal skills * Experience with the Tasy system is a plus **Additional Information** **Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 \+ 324,20 (Hazard Pay)** **Schedule: Monday to Friday \- 08:00 to 17:00 / Saturday \- 08:00 to 12:00\.** Health Insurance Plan Dental Insurance Plan Pharmacy Benefit Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Gympass \- WellHub On-site Parking Birthday Day Off 6-Month Maternity Leave 30-Day Paternity Leave And other benefits.
