Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, and Finance **Job: Procurement Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a Procurement Manager to work with one of our clients located in Manaus/AM. This professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the procurement of products, raw materials, and services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. They will serve as the liaison between suppliers and internal departments, ensuring advantageous negotiations, cost optimization, and appropriate inventory levels for operations. **Responsibilities** * Manage procurement processes, including quotations, negotiations, and contracts with suppliers, ensuring optimal cost\-benefit ratios and quality standards; * Plan and control inventory levels, ensuring material availability while avoiding excesses or stockouts; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable commercial terms and establish strategic partnerships; * Monitor and analyze departmental performance indicators—such as costs, inventory turnover, and delivery lead times—and propose continuous improvements; * Lead, develop, and supervise the procurement team, promoting alignment, feedback, and capacity building; * Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, and Finance departments to align procurement demands and priorities; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable compliance regulations, and procurement-related legislation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement Management, or related fields; * Willingness to work 100% on-site in Manaus/AM; * Solid experience in procurement, negotiation, and supplier management; * Experience managing teams; * Knowledge of performance indicator analysis, cost control, and ERP systems; * Experience with contracts, compliance, and procurement-related legislation; * Strong capability in strategic negotiation and supplier relationship management; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
