Job Summary: A professional responsible for verifying, analyzing, and tracking blocked materials and returns, issuing reports, and ensuring both system and physical control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident and return analysis and follow-up 2. Control of blocked materials via SAP 3. Generation of management reports 1. Verify blocked materials in the rejected goods warehouse via SAP; 2. Analyze incidents prior to dispatching them to respective departments; 3. Track and record relevant return transactions; 4. Monitor fiscal and operational processes related to returns; 5. Request merchandise pickups; 6. Track incidents until their resolution in the SAP system; 7. Perform spreadsheet verification, comparing physical inventory against system data; 8. Generate reports upon request from management; Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30–17:30 with a 1h12m break.
