Job Summary: Guide distribution center (DC) teams, direct team members, and monitor performance to achieve departmental objectives, with emphasis on logistics operations and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and team guidance in distribution centers. 2. Operation of forklifts and radio frequency (RF) scanners. 3. Focus on organization, safety, and optimization of logistics processes. Guide DC work teams, direct team members regarding tasks to be performed, and monitor team performance to achieve departmental objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Direct team tasks according to daily priorities; * Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to ensure departmental goals are achieved; * Monitor KPIs to attain established targets; * Train and guide employees on operational and safety procedures; * Pick customer and inter-unit transfer orders using RF scanners; * Move materials using electric or gas-powered forklifts; * Store and organize products in the yard, ensuring their physical integrity; * Perform product verification prior to shipment; * Perform receiving verification of products; * Load vehicles; * Assist with inventory execution by counting items; * Segregate department-generated waste in accordance with quality and environmental management system procedures; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, applying 5S principles; * Practice and promote the Code of Conduct through its application; * Comply with general and specific safety standards in performing duties; * Contact support departments (Maintenance, Facility Management, etc.) whenever necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma; * Self-control and Product Handling; Data Collector (DC) Operator; * Order picking (DC); * Material handling; * Basic SAP knowledge. **Additional Information** **Tigre Way of Working**: On-site **Work Location**: FMN - Logistics **Working Hours**: 07:00 - 17:00 **We care about our Feras’ well-being and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
