Identification and handling of anomalies and operational training Description: We are looking for a Production Leader responsible for managing teams and equipment in the production area, focusing on performance indicators, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), efficiency, and process accuracy (Right First Time, RFT). The role involves identifying and handling anomalies, releasing equipment for preventive maintenance, managing indicators such as OEE and operational costs, and conducting training for operators and assistants. Responsibilities and Duties: * Experience managing operator teams and equipment in the production area, including strategic staff allocation per machine, organizing shift schedules, and delivering operational feedback. * Responsible for monitoring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), initiating and tracking deviations, and guiding the team on productive efficiency and process accuracy, with emphasis on the Right First Time (RFT) indicator. * Experience managing daily operations with focus on achieving factory performance indicators, including identification and handling of anomalies. * Expertise in managing production indicators from heijunka and cost metrics—such as OEE, speed rates, performance, rhythm, availability, and efficiency—to propose continuous improvements that drive results. * Responsible for training assistant staff and production operators. Requirements and Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program from the 5th semester onward in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Tools, and SAP system. * Preferred: familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), data integrity, and regulatory standards for the pharmaceutical industry. * Preferred: experience as a leader in the pharmaceutical industry within the areas of compounding, compression, or coating. ]]\> 2510290202531412056
