PlayMais is your place.** **We are looking for a Receptionist** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet customers and visitors, identify them, ascertain their intentions, and provide information and/or direct them to the appropriate person or department; * Record messages; * Log interactions in the ticketing system; * Guide and resolve customer inquiries regarding service usage; * Ensure customer success and address specific service requirements; * Report operational failures and qualitative and quantitative indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Strong verbal communication skills; * Ability to handle conflict resolution; * Proactivity; Patience; Commitment; Eagerness to learn; * Skill in continuous improvement and process review; **The following qualifications are considered advantageous:** * Experience in telecommunications or related services. * Currently pursuing studies in Administration or related fields (undergraduate or technical); **Additional Information** **What else you need to know:** * Standard business hours work schedule. * This is an on-site position located in IRANDUBA — therefore, candidates must reside in the area of operation. * Availability to travel to Manaus for training is required. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; * Training programs and growth opportunities; * Transportation Voucher.
