Focus on integrity, empathy, respect, and excellence in customer service The Store Assistant and Customer Service professional performs multifunctional duties across Bemol units, responsible for greeting customers, supporting cashier operations, organizing the warehouse, assisting with product deliveries, providing support to Customer Service (SAC), and contributing to store efficiency and hospitality. Bemol is a retail services and products company whose primary objective is achieving customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sales process, while adhering to continuous improvement practices, applicable external legislation, and the organization’s cultural principles and values—namely Integrity, Respect, Economy, Energy, and Continuous Improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** **On the Bemol team, you will delight customers by performing the activities described below:** * Conduct payment verification and registration processes for customers, operating necessary systems to complete them; * Be responsible for received funds and documents; * Greet customers with a welcoming approach, ensuring quality service and directing them to areas of interest within the store; * Assist in emergency and incident situations at the store; * Perform inspections of store premises, supporting organizational tasks; * Record any abnormalities occurring on company premises in the daily incident log and inform management or immediate supervisor; * Assist customers by providing information about products and services; * Support warehouse routines under supervision; * Actively collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction; * Meet weekly performance targets; * Contribute to other activities aimed at achieving the store’s overall goals; * Learn extensively and share knowledge. **This position serves the following areas, according to customer needs:** * Cashier operations (Store, Lottery, Pharmacy, and Market); * Store reception; * Self-service; * Warehouse and product delivery to customers; SAC Assistant. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **It is important that you have!** Experience: No experience required Education: Completed High School or Undergraduate studies (in progress).
