Come learn more about SiDi and discover further details about this role. **Responsibilities and duties** * Participate in software development by analyzing requirements, identifying use cases, risks, and testing needs; collaborate with developers, designers, project leads, and other stakeholders. * Organize validation activities and guide other testers in their execution. * Prioritize bugs to support the project lead in organizing the development team’s workload. * Define test plans for projects and ensure their execution and documentation. * Keep project stakeholders informed about the application’s overall quality. * Develop and execute manual and automated functional and non-functional tests. * Share technical knowledge to enhance the team’s competence. * Develop and maintain automated test routines. * Develop routines and processes for generating test reports and exporting test files. * Develop routines and processes for generating version- and module-specific test data visualizations, specifying test standards and confirming implementation quality in the project. * Develop and maintain CI/CD test pipelines. * Define quality standards required to ensure correct system operation. * Define test processes for system versions and features under development. * Regularly and consistently execute test cycles throughout the project (e.g., Regression, Exploratory, Functional, Non-functional tests). * Monitor and report quality metrics such as test coverage, bugs found, and resolution time. * Participate in meetings with stakeholders to align quality expectations with project objectives. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience in agile development projects and teams (Kanban and Scrum). * Team-oriented mindset, providing support and guidance to fellow team members. * Knowledge of the Test Development Lifecycle. * Experience conducting tests with Android technologies (Android SDK, Embedded Android, ADB, Android Kernel, etc.). * Ability to manage and prioritize bugs. * Experience in test automation and programming (Python, Java, Kotlin, etc.).
