Description
Provide support for operational failures and medium-complexity maintenance.
Ensure proper operation of equipment, machines, and tools.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
· · Perform medium-complexity corrective maintenance on SMT and Test equipment;
* Perform preventive maintenance on factory SMT and Test equipment;
* Perform planned setup and change\-over for line products on SMT and Test equipment;
* Carry out operational interventions on equipment when necessary to optimize performance;
* Read and interpret pneumatic and/or electronic schematics;
* Identify and specify mechanical and/or electronic components;
* Prepare technical drawings according to your field of expertise;
* Install new SMT/Test equipment, as well as uninstall and reinstall equipment during layout changes;
* Complete daily activity reports and maintenance performance indicators;
* Assume direct responsibility for maintenance actions performed on equipment within your functional scope;
* Support engineering in analyzing SMT and Test process issues;
* Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects together with engineering;
* Contribute to best practices of 5S in maintenance and production areas;
* Assist with general requests and emergency technical support;
* Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), complying with safety regulations;
* Know, practice, and promote the company’s Integrated Management Policy guidelines, contributing to organizational management system objectives and targets.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Mandatory: Completed Technical Course in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Desirable: Undergraduate studies in Engineering and/or Technology fields underway.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SMT machines (Mounters, AOI, SPI) and test equipment (ICT, FCT).
Languages: Intermediate English (for reading technical manuals).
**Additional Information** **Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday: 6:50 AM to 4:38 PM, with a 1-hour daily break.
