In the meantime, please keep your information updated and complete all online assessment steps so we can learn more about you. **Responsibilities and Duties** About the Position: * Provide service to internal and external customers; * Daily monitoring of the shift roster to support authorization nurses; * Forward requests for authorized surgical procedures to the central reception at least 24 hours prior to the procedure; * Contact physicians and their secretaries daily to schedule surgeries; * Inform internal and external customers of process statuses; * Participate in meetings and projects developed and implemented by the company; * Monitor departmental productivity goals; * Support authorization assistants with departmental routines and usage of management systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** If customer delight and excellence in service resonate with you, the customer service area at Rede Américas is the right place for you.
