The Assistant holds a key position within the department, as they are responsible for executing internal administrative processes and supporting managers, analysts, and executive leadership. Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities include: * Verifying employment termination settlements and all related payments, including earnings and deductions, as well as GRRF; * Managing time attendance records; * Issuing alerts for contract probation period expirations at 45 and 90 days; * Monthly verification of employee personnel files; * Analyzing and finalizing benefits; * Receiving admission documents per the admission checklist; * Managing offboarding procedures and assembling dismissal kits, plus sending payment guides and orders to Finance; * Managing, requesting, and verifying vacation schedules; * Monitoring medical examinations using a control spreadsheet and occupational medicine provider. * Tracking documents required to maintain the Family Salary benefit; * Managing and distributing uniform equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Currently pursuing a higher education degree in administrative or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; * Prior experience in related activities. **Additional Information** Coco Bambu currently operates 98 units across Brazil.
