Record all detected deviations, issue non-conformance reports, and forward them to the appropriate responsible party per procedure. Follow up on corrective actions for identified items. Maintain the workplace and used equipment clean and orderly to ensure work quality. Provide service to internal and external customers (when required), clarify doubts, and communicate procedures, rules, and information related to product quality; Identify all materials with actual or potential non-conformities and segregate them in a designated area for this purpose. Propose and suggest process and technology improvements for the department.
