Optimization of architecture, security, and performance An Information Technology Services company seeks an Infrastructure and Operations Lead professional in Ribeirão Preto. **Responsibilities:** Technically lead the infrastructure team, supporting advanced troubleshooting. Prioritize requests and ensure delivery quality. Act as second- and third-level support for critical incidents, conducting root cause analyses. Participate in technical meetings with clients and propose solutions aligned with the environment. Administer Windows and Linux servers. Manage virtualization environments, including VMware and Hyper\-V. Monitor and optimize LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and routers. Automate routines using PowerShell and Bash scripts. Ensure backup routines, retention policies, and disaster recovery plans. Perform on-site support when required. Propose improvements to architecture, security, and performance. Support processes, technical documentation, and dissemination of best practices. Previous experience as Infrastructure Manager, Operations Coordinator, Infrastructure Supervisor, or Infrastructure Project Manager may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
