Customer service and assistance in product selection; store and window display organization; inventory control, exchanges, and merchandise movement; support during store opening/closing; administrative support to the manager; team supervision, monitoring of KPIs and results; ensuring service, organization, and operational standards of the store; support in submitting reports to HR. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields are desirable. Minimum of 1 year of experience or prior knowledge. Competencies in Customer Service, Sales Techniques, Basic Computer Skills, and Basic Mathematics.
