Job Summary: A maintenance professional who assists in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry services, as well as controls materials and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Support in various maintenance areas (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic) 2. Assistance in the preservation of buildings and equipment 3. Control and custody of materials and equipment **Responsibilities** * Support the Maintenance Officer and/or the Assistant Maintenance Officer; * Assist in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, including replacement, cleaning, repair, and installation of parts, components, and equipment; * Store and control all materials, devices, and equipment under their responsibility; * Assist in the preservation of buildings and equipment in general. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in shopping malls is desirable; * Availability to work flexible hours. **We Offer** * Competitive market-based salary; * Meal Allowance: BRL 24.50/day; * Food Allowance: BRL 180.00/month; * Transportation Allowance; * Dental Plan.
