The Materials Planning Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials to support production schedules and customer requirements. This role manages material planning, inventory control, and supplier coordination to maintain smooth operations and optimize costs. **Material Planning \& Scheduling** * Analyze demand forecasts and production plans to determine material requirements. Develop and maintain material planning schedules aligned with manufacturing timelines. * **Inventory Management** * Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize excess and shortages. * **Supplier \& Procurement Coordination** * Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery. Track purchase orders and resolve delivery issues proactively. * **Data \& Reporting** * Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems (TOTVS).
