Lead quality improvement and cost reduction projects Description: Our Ideal Candidate: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree/MBA preferred; * Green Belt certification in Six Sigma preferred; * Familiarity with plastic injection processes preferred; * Experience in people and industrial process management; * Knowledge of Supply Chain practices; * Experience with Lean Manufacturing; * Advanced English proficiency; * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001; * Must be willing to relocate to Manaus. Your Key Responsibilities: * Manage administrative and operational activities within your areas of responsibility to meet expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and service levels; * Lead Production, Quality, Planning, and Logistics departments; * Plan and control raw material inventory levels, and define and execute the production plan; * Lead quality, performance improvement, and cost reduction projects; * Ensure effective communication and collaboration between your departments and other factory departments, as well as external stakeholders; * Promote and enforce safety and environmental regulations; * Define and achieve objectives and priorities for your departments; * Manage factory operations to meet KPI targets, ensuring compliance with established operational procedures, action plans, and their regular reviews; * Collaborate with all factory departments to anticipate or resolve operational issues; * Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations; * Manage Quality department activities to ensure compliance with established procedures, customer satisfaction, product and service quality, and analysis and development of action plans for actual or potential non-conformities; * Supervise human resources assigned to your department, responsible for team training, development, and performance monitoring according to Steck’s established standards and regulations, fostering a healthy and high-performing work environment; * Provide appropriate working conditions and tools to support task execution and encourage team development; * Provide technical leadership for your team, monitoring activities and offering guidance; * Ensure execution of activities related to new/evolving product projects to meet timeline, cost, and performance expectations. 2511210202471882250
