Focus on results and performance indicator management **Job Mission:** Train and promote the development of the reseller team, conducting continuous in-person and remote follow-up to ensure and encourage achievement of targets. **In this position, your main responsibilities are:** * Acquire and retain resellers; * Conduct continuous visits to registered resellers; * Contact resellers; * Implement cycle-based activities with resellers; * Support achieving cycle targets; * Ensure good relationship with resellers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in sales supervision with focus on maintaining and updating customer portfolios; * Creativity to develop sales campaign initiatives; * Goal-oriented mindset and focus on results; * Experience in performance indicator management.
