Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating and manufacturing plastic products, achieving targets using medium-complexity equipment while monitoring quality and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and manufacture plastic products using medium-complexity equipment. 2. Monitor quality and optimize manufacturing processes. 3. Participate in the development of new products and improvements. Perform plastic product operation and manufacturing, being responsible for meeting production targets using medium-complexity equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor machine speed; * Quality control; * Machine process parameter setting; * Product release; * Operate manufacturing equipment, identifying technical specifications on product sheets and production orders—including quantities and other critical technical characteristics; * Monitor manufactured product quality according to the control plan and record data on corresponding forms; * Conduct startup inspections, verifying equipment operational and safety conditions, raw material readiness, and adequate supply of utilities such as electricity, compressed air, and water, among others; * Perform raw material preparation activities, mixing materials per product sheet specifications; * Control manufacturing stages through effective monitoring, regularly checking parameters such as speed, pressure, and temperature, adjusting utility supplies according to specified requirements; * Assist in equipment and other manufacturing device setup activities; * Conduct production startups/resume operations; * Control manufacturing stages using the process technical sheet; * Execute production startup tasks per production order; * Clean the workplace; * Perform visual management controls; * Fulfill leadership requests in accordance with company policy; * Participate in new product development supported by the Engineering department; * Attend root cause analysis meetings to define improvement solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations. * Operational expertise in extrusion machines / weaving machines / training in measurement instruments / knowledge of polymers / defect resolution for products **Additional Information** * Basic food basket; * On-site meal; * Chartered transportation (route-based); * POSA bonus; * Medical insurance.
