Deliver excellent customer service by offering products that meet their needs, achieving established targets, and generating profitability for the dealership. **Unit: Cometa Motocenter.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Serve customers according to Cometa’s Service Standards, offer test rides, prepare quotations, finalize sales of consortium quotas, new and used vehicles, present products, clarify their operation, features, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other relevant information; * Visit industrial, commercial, and other establishments; * Clearly present payment terms to customers; * Show customers the showroom and workshop. And other duties related to this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** Completed high school education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience in customer service. Experience with parts catalogs. Basic knowledge of negotiation techniques.
