Opportunity for technical development in support and infrastructure **IT TECHNICIAN I \- INTERMITTENT \- TABATINGA/AM** We have an opportunity available under the intermittent employment model, ideal for professionals seeking flexibility, availability for on-call assignments, and experience in technical support and user assistance. **Work Location:** * Tabatinga/AM Judicial Subsection * Remote support to the Tefé/AM unit **Employment Model:** Intermittent **Remuneration:** * **R$ 18.81 per hour worked** **Job Responsibilities:** * Providing IT user assistance and technical support; * Logging, tracking, and closing service tickets; * Remote and on-site microcomputer technical support; * Installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment and software; * Supporting networks, structured cabling, and peripherals; * Attending events, court sessions, and emergency requests; * Documenting technical support activities performed. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * A technical course in IT or a degree in Information Technology is considered a plus; * Knowledge of hardware, Windows 10 or later, TCP/IP networks, and user support; * Familiarity with ITIL v4; * Course in assembly and configuration of microcomputers; * Basic technical English for reading. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability and sense of responsibility; * Ability to learn quickly; * Professional demeanor and commitment; * Agility and availability for on-call assignments. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 24.50 per working day (10% deduction) * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * SESC Membership; * Availability Bonus: R$ 100.00 per on-call assignment (capped at 10 assignments per month); * Dental Plan. **Important Note Regarding Intermittent Employment:** Professionals will be engaged based on the operational demand of the unit and compensated only for actual hours worked, in accordance with the intermittent employment provisions stipulated in Brazilian labor legislation. **Job Advantages:** * No prior experience required; * Opportunity for technical development in support and infrastructure; * Work in a corporate and institutional environment.
