FROM SPEECH TO PRACTICE Responsible for implementing all technical aspects of the pharmacy, complying with current regulations and laws governing the sale of medications and all pharmacy-related regulatory requirements; Collaborate with management on business operations; Prioritize high-quality customer service, promoting pharmaceutical care; Conduct technical training for the entire team to foster better team development and training, and achieve optimal business results. Requirements: Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy with active CRF registration; Reside no more than 45 minutes from the store; Availability to work on a 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule; Communicative profile; sales experience preferred.
