Job Summary: We are seeking a PL Support Analyst to provide support in Windows environments, perform client system routines, monitor processes, and communicate with internal teams and clients. We seek an engaged, passionate team committed to making a difference. **If you, like us, believe you can make a difference, join our team and grow with us!** **Main Responsibilities**: * Provide support in Windows environments, primarily executing client system routines * Perform operational routines on the Windows system. * Record and report task execution (e.g., "Step X executed without errors") or report failures. * Monitor processes and report incidents. * Use communication tools to interact with team members and clients. * The routine is considered calm and well-defined; occasional additional tasks may arise but are not frequent. **Mandatory Requirements**: * Solid knowledge of Desktop and Notebook hardware; * Experience supporting electronic time clocks, access control systems (card readers), surveillance cameras, and turnstiles; * Printer configuration; * Virtualized environment knowledge is desirable; * Video conferencing setup and troubleshooting experience; * Mobile telephony knowledge (Android, iOS, etc.); * Basic Windows environment knowledge (Windows 10 or later); * Basic Microsoft Office suite knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Basic network infrastructure knowledge; * Basic email system knowledge (Outlook, Exchange, or Lotus Notes); * Cabling, cable crimping, and connector assembly; * Valid driver's license (CNH) **Preferred Qualifications**: * ITIL certification * Advanced Windows knowledge * Field support experience is desirable **Employment Type: CLT \+ Benefits**: * Business hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * Employee will work on a rotating schedule: 15 days onboarded \+ 15 days off. * Health and dental plans. * Life insurance. * Meal allowance / Food voucher. * Transportation voucher. * Discount club. * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila (mental wellness program). * Discounts on Positivo products. * University partnership. * And much more. **If you identify with this opportunity and wish to grow with Positivo S\+, apply now and join our team!** Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver's License Required: A, B
