Job Summary: We are seeking a PL Support Analyst to provide Windows environment support, execute the client's system routines, and monitor processes within a calm and structured routine. We seek an engaged, passionate team of professionals committed to making a difference. **If, like us, you believe you can make a difference, join our team and grow with us!** **Main Responsibilities**: * Provide Windows environment support, primarily executing the client's system routines * Execute operational routines on the Windows system * Record and report activity execution (e.g., “Step X executed without errors” or reporting failures) * Monitor processes and report incidents * Use communication tools to interact with the team and clients * The routine is considered calm and well-defined; occasional additional tasks may arise, but they are not frequent **Mandatory Requirements**: * Solid knowledge of Desktop and Notebook hardware * Experience supporting electronic time clocks, access control systems (codens), surveillance cameras, and turnstiles * Printer configuration * Virtualized environment knowledge is desirable * Video conferencing setup and troubleshooting experience * Mobile telephony knowledge (Android, iOS, etc.) * Basic Windows environment knowledge (Windows 10 or later) * Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Basic network infrastructure knowledge * Basic email system knowledge (Outlook, Exchange, or Lotus Notes) * Cabling, cable crimping, and connector assembly * Valid driver’s license (CNH) **Preferred Qualifications**: * ITIL certification * Windows expertise * Field support experience is desirable **Employment Type: CLT \+ Benefits**: * Business hours schedule — Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Professional will work on a 15-day onboard rotation followed by 15 days off * Health and dental insurance plans * Life insurance * Meal allowance / Food voucher * Transportation voucher * Discount club * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila (mental wellness platform) * Discounts on Positivo products * University partnership program * And much more! **If you identify with this opportunity and wish to grow alongside Positivo S\+, apply now and join our team!** Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver’s License: Categories A, B
