Join the largest electric meter manufacturer in Latin America!‍ ️ We are a 95-year-old company that operates as a technology provider and complete solutions partner for the electric power sector. \#VemSerNansen We are seeking a Production Supervisor to integrate, plan, organize, coordinate, and control production-related activities, motivating team members to achieve their goals, leveraging team members' strengths, identifying areas for improvement, and representing and advocating for team needs. **Responsibilities:** * Direct production leaders and teams to execute the production plan according to the schedule issued by PCP; * Ensure production lines are stocked and aligned with BOM/STRUCTURE at least two days in advance whenever possible; * Ensure all scheduled orders have been released and validated in the system; * Ensure laser marking (2D PRINTING) materials are procured four days in advance and the entire process is validated whenever possible; * Ensure execution of all production activities, including planning, coordination, workload sizing, and continuous reassessment of demands; * Ensure all production process steps strictly follow Operational Standards as enforced by the production team; * Ensure production lines and related activities strictly adhere to personnel distribution across workstations, proper tools used in correct quantities, and shift rotation routines based on engineering studies, as documented in official procedures; * Analyze scrap and material rework reports, creating and monitoring action plans to improve this indicator and thereby reduce costs; * Generate daily reports and request leadership to close work orders (OPs), especially those tied to monthly billing targets; * Analyze daily production and quality reports, creating and monitoring action plans to mitigate or reduce impacts on the production process. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in the field; * English proficiency is a plus; * Familiarity with TOTVS system is desirable.
