Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing technical vehicle deliveries, guiding customers on usage and maintenance, and executing administrative support tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and guidance regarding vehicles and services. 2. Technical vehicle delivery and documentary follow-up. 3. Team collaboration and proactive problem resolution. Execute the vehicle delivery process with excellence, explain and guide the customer on usage and periodic maintenance schedules for the purchased product, and complete the user manual. Perform administrative tasks in compliance with established procedures, contributing to achieving results and meeting predefined goals and deadlines. **Unit: Cometa Motocenter.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer service according to Cometa’s service standards; assist in updating customer records and printing payment slips; clarify customer inquiries—both internal and external—regarding consortia, cash sales, installment purchases, financing, delivery, and related timelines. * Schedule and conduct technical vehicle deliveries; guide customers on usage, operation, warranties, and periodic vehicle inspections; upload photos from the delivery moment and signed delivery documents into the system within 30 days. * Support dealership and sales point teams in customer service and insurance proposal issuance. * Track insurance claim documentation and inspection reports, and submit them to the insurance company.
