If you seek a dynamic environment full of opportunities where your work makes a real difference, it makes perfect sense for you to embrace our purpose of "delighting people in a democratic and accessible way" alongside us**.** **Our Way of Being** We Make Things Happen \| Protagonists \| Accelerated \| Collaborative \| Optimistic, yet grounded **Our Values** Delight \| Bold Innovation \| Collaboration \| Commitment to Results \| Transparency **\#JoinSTZ \#JoinOuze — let’s grow together!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting sales through assisted self-service and proper store presentation; processing payments for company products while offering customers the convenience of the company’s financial products. * Assisting customers in-store by providing shopping bags; * Offering Ouze products (credit cards, financial products); * Receiving and organizing merchandise; * Updating price tags for store products; * Ensuring daily execution of section maintenance, stock balancing, and display management; * Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness; * Performing basic cleaning and organizing of the sales floor, including interior and exterior window displays; * Operating the cash register. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We’d love it if you meet the following criteria:** * Completed high school education; * Enjoy customer service. **Additional Information** **What will my work schedule be?** 6 days on / 1 day off, with a fixed weekly day off **What are my working hours?** From 2:00 PM to 10:35 PM **What benefits does the company offer?** Meal voucher or food allowance Transportation allowance **Does this position match your profile?
