We seek a dynamic professional focused on customer service and possessing strong negotiation capabilities to convert sales opportunities and increase customer satisfaction. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers at the dealership, via digital channels, or externally—understanding their needs and guiding them regarding available vehicle options; * Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting their features, technical specifications, functionalities, and benefits, and conduct test drives for customers; * Negotiate prices, payment terms, financing rates, and accessory and service packages—balancing customer expectations with dealership targets; * Finalize sales by completing all required documentation (contracts, registration forms, financing documents) and overseeing the process until vehicle delivery to the customer; * Maintain post-sale contact with customers, conducting follow-up activities and fostering loyalty for future transactions; * Proactively prospect new customers using social media, events, automotive fairs, and external contacts—expanding the dealership’s customer base; * Achieve established sales targets, reporting negotiations/results to management and adjusting strategies as needed; * Stay updated on vehicle models, technological innovations, and market trends by participating in training programs provided by the company and manufacturer; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. #### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * CNH: National Driver’s License (Category B). * Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills. * Proactive profile, results-driven, and focused on exceeding sales targets. #### **Benefits:** [Include benefits offered by the operation]
