We seek a dynamic professional focused on customer service and skilled in negotiation to convert sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and serve customers at the dealership or via digital channels, understanding their needs and guiding them regarding available vehicle options. * Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting their features, technical specifications, functionalities, and benefits, and conduct test drives for customers. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, financing rates, and accessory and service packages, aiming to meet both customer expectations and dealership targets. * Finalize sales by completing all required documentation (contracts, registration forms, financing documents) and overseeing the process until vehicle delivery to the customer. * Maintain contact with customers after the sale, conducting post-sale follow-up and fostering loyalty for future negotiations. * Proactively prospect new customers using social media, events, automotive fairs, and external contacts to expand the dealership’s customer base. * Achieve established sales targets, reporting negotiations/results to the manager and adjusting strategies as needed. * Stay updated on vehicle models, technological innovations, and market trends by participating in training programs offered by the company and the manufacturer. #### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or higher education degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * CNH: National Driver’s License (Category B). * Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills. * Proactive profile with a results-driven mindset and focus on exceeding sales targets. #### **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Total Pass
