Attention to detail and task focus are essential to ensure accuracy and safety at every stage of the process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in production stages, including raw material weighing, mixture preparation, and product packaging; * Strictly follow established procedures and formulas for each product; * Ensure correct identification of batches and products throughout all process stages; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; * Perform production records as required; * Report any irregularities or deviations in the process to the production supervisor; * Uphold adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in production or operational areas is preferred; * Ability to concentrate, pay attention to detail, and demonstrate responsibility; * Commitment to quality, safety, and punctuality; * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
