Job Summary: Perform vehicle maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction and technical assistance productivity, with a focus on repairs, customer reception and guidance, motorcycle assembly, and cleaning. Assemble, inspect, and install motorcycle accessories Perform vehicle maintenance services within established delivery deadlines, ensuring workplace safety and quality, thereby delivering customer satisfaction and contributing to the productivity of the technical assistance department. **Unit: Cometa Motocenter.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer standards. * Receive and guide customers regarding operating conditions of vehicle components and systems. * Assemble, inspect, and install motorcycle accessories in compliance with the manufacturer's manual. * Clean motorcycles as specified in the service order (OS) and according to procedures defined by the manufacturer and dealership.
