Our commitment extends beyond internet—we strive to provide well-being, convenience, and technological advancement to our customers. **Join the Netway Group and leave your mark by making history!** **Responsibilities and Duties** ACCOMPANY TECHNICIANS ON INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE VISITS: Assisting with transportation and organization of materials. RUN CABLES, INSTALL HARDWARE, ASSEMBLE CONNECTORS, AND ORGANIZE CABLE MANAGEMENT: Supporting execution of these tasks during service calls. PREPARE WORK AREAS AND PERFORM CLEANUP AND WASTE COLLECTION AFTER SERVICE: Ensuring the environment remains organized upon completion of service. MAINTAIN TEAM TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS: Taking care of and preserving all items used. ASSIST IN VISUAL QUALITY CHECKS OF INSTALLATIONS (FIT, DISTANCE, TENSION): Supporting final verification of completed work. **Requirements and Qualifications** Basic knowledge of networks and structured cabling. Ability to handle manual tools (drill, pliers, ladder, stapler). Basic knowledge of height safety and use of PPE. Organization of materials and technical support routines. Completed elementary education (high school enrollment preferred). Punctuality, responsibility, and discipline. Collaborative attitude toward the assigned technician. Physical stamina and awareness of operational risks.
