If you are a person with disability (PCD) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our Yellow Blood Heroes team and become a protagonist in a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inspect and guide security guards across all Prosegur centers/post locations, ensuring compliance with the contract established between the client and the company. * Coordinate the distribution of employee benefits at the post. * Identify root causes of non-conformities and incidents. * Assess deficiencies related to equipment, administrative issues at posts, and personnel-related matters. * Develop, implement, and monitor post procedures. * Ensure adherence to all procedures defined with the client. * Conduct inspections of client posts, verifying individual guard appearance, uniform control, posture, behavior, and guard profiles as defined in procedures. * Inspect weapons and ammunition, arranging replacements and maintenance when required. * Perform critical analysis of operational procedures, assessing service delivery and generating reports for evaluation and corrective action. * Conduct preliminary risk assessments of service posts and periodic reviews of their *status*. * Visit clients. * Verify vehicle usage conditions and inform the Supervisor for necessary actions. * Review the Occurrence Logbook maintained at service posts. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed high school education. * Valid Security Guard Training Certificate. * Driver’s license Category B. * Intermediate computer skills. * Skills in people and conflict management. * Flexible availability for shift work. **WORK LOCATION:** CUIABÁ – MT
