Job Summary: Support the Agency's business area in serving members and customers by providing information and performing operational activities to ensure agile and efficient service. Focus on building a more prosperous society and generating positive impact Support the Agency's business area in serving members and customers (via phone and front desk), providing information about Sicredi's products and services. Perform operational support tasks for self-service channels (ATM), aiming for agile and efficient service delivery, effective business execution, and achievement of established goals. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide support and guidance to direct members and other customers to appropriate business platforms, self-service channels, mobile applications, or teller counters based on needs identified during direct contact, in order to deliver faster service. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Entry-level professional experience in branch support roles or similar market experience.
