Job Summary: Lead the corporate security team to ensure protection of company assets and loss prevention, while also managing people and emergency situations. Key Highlights: 1. Affirmative action position for persons with disabilities (PCD) **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment type:** Permanent – CLT * Lead departments responsible for safeguarding company assets by monitoring proper implementation of preventive, control, and response actions against crimes and/or non-conforming situations, aiming to preserve the company's well-being; * Lead your team by guiding their activities and providing appropriate support to achieve defined objectives within your scope of responsibility; * Manage staff schedules under your supervision, ensuring continuous coverage of surveillance points in cases of absences, need for replacement, or urgent support; * Perform administrative documentation whenever necessary; * Manage the team following the company's human resource management standards, including experience and performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and other related processes; * Coordinate and guide employee and customer evacuation in case of fire outbreak, assisting the fire brigade in operating equipment; * Be accountable for the asset protection and loss prevention department’s operations, completing checklists and implementing required preventive and corrective actions; * Assist in other department/store activities as needed and upon request from leadership. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education and an updated security guard course; * Solid experience in the security field; * Clear communication skills and strong interpersonal relationships; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD).** **Work location:** Downtown \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site snack, Health insurance, Performance bonus, Life insurance, Meal allowance
