We are looking for a Doser to operate raw material dosing, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and compliance with technical standards. You will join an experienced team within a solid company featuring standardized processes and a focus on continuous improvement. * Operate manual and/or automated dosing systems according to procedures. * Prepare, verify, and record raw materials and inputs used. * Adjust dosing parameters to ensure accuracy and minimize losses. * Perform in-process quality checks and record results. * Complete production records and incident reports in the system or on forms. * Strictly adhere to safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Support cleaning, organization, and 5S activities in the production area. Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience as a Doser. * Valid driver’s license – categories AB. * Knowledge of reading production orders, technical sheets, and labels. * Basic understanding (scales, volumes, units of measurement). * Availability to work rotating shifts/schedules as required. * Commitment to safety, quality, and organization.
