We are seeking an Agricultural Technician to work on-site at rural properties cultivating cotton, corn, and soybeans, supporting the technical team and farmers in implementing best agricultural practices—with a constant focus on sustainable outcomes and safety. * Monitor planting, crop management, and harvesting activities. * Assist in monitoring pests, diseases, and plant nutrition. * Collect field data and record information in reports. * Provide technical guidance to farmers and field teams. * Support the application of inputs according to technical recommendations. * Contribute to compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Technical qualification in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Agriculture, or related fields (completed or nearing completion). * Availability for on-site field work and occasional travel. * Basic knowledge of crop, soil, and irrigation management. * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly. * Organizational skills for data recording and preparation of simple reports. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience on farms, agricultural cooperatives, or agribusiness supply stores (internship or employment). * Knowledge of good agricultural practices and rural workplace safety. * Familiarity with precision agriculture and use of field technologies. * Valid driver’s license, Class B.
