Job Summary: Professional responsible for executing and monitoring activities related to receiving, storage, picking, verification, and inventory control, ensuring product organization and traceability. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for receiving and handling cargo correctly 2. Manages warehouse storage and inventory organization 3. Ensures accuracy and compliance in order picking and billing 1\. Supervise and perform unloading of products, ensuring proper handling and packaging of cargo. 2\. Verify quantities and items received, validating amounts and specifications against fiscal documents and transportation records. 3\. Identify and record discrepancies upon receipt of goods, taking corrective actions according to internal procedures. 4\. Enter fiscal invoices, print and place Distribution Unit (UD) labels, ensuring correct product identification. 1\. Store goods following established standards using data collectors, ensuring warehouse organization and accessibility. 2\. Ensure correct identification of stored products, guaranteeing traceability and compliance with logistics processes. 3\. Keep inventory control spreadsheets updated according to SAP and surplus control. 4\. Perform automatic and manual product replenishment, maintaining appropriate stock levels for operations. 5\. Pick controlled medications and perform this activity when trained and authorized. 6\. Pick and verify temperature-sensitive and thermolabile medications under the supervision of the Responsible Technician (RT), ensuring compliance with storage and transportation requirements. 7\. Validate order verification, ensuring picked items match fiscal invoices and customer specifications. 8\. Support billing activities from printing through fiscal invoice issuance. 9\. Manage return flow to suppliers, covering both physical and system-based processes. 10\. Participate in return verifications, ensuring integrity of returned products and proper handling. 11\. Conduct stock counts and inventory audits, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to improved inventory accuracy. 12\. Monitor and support the operational team in daily activities, assisting in resolving operational issues.
