Opportunity for PwD **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Provide support, guidance, and supervision to the front-end cashier team to ensure customer service standards; * Perform cash register opening, shift change, and closing procedures, issuing reports and forwarding cash bags to Finance as per company procedure; * Process product cancellations, financial reference inquiries, and check releases as per company procedure; * Responsible for providing change to cashiers at register opening and during shifts to facilitate customer service; * Deliver customer service according to established standards, guiding and monitoring cashiers’ adherence; * Process merchandise releases and exchanges as per company procedure; * Train new front-end cashier staff as needed and per company standards; * Verify orders (quotations) against merchandise for wholesale sales as per company procedure; * Assist in monitoring working hours and activities of cashiers and packers, including entries and exits, as required; * Assist in coordinating and organizing the front-end cashier department and other store/department activities as needed and per leadership direction. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Prior retail experience — front-end cashier experience preferred; * Friendliness, Communication skills, Customer/Quality focus, Flexibility/Adaptability; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION — AVAILABLE FOR PwD.** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site snack, Health Insurance, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
