Join our team!** We look forward to your application! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise processes, guiding and monitoring road operation activities; * Ensure compliance with highway inspection scheduling; * Report on road operation process performance and continuous process improvement; * Provide road operation information for reports prepared by the Integrated Operations Center (COI); * Monitor road operation process performance and satisfaction, as described in the Highway Exploitation Program (PER); * Identify deviations in process indicators and propose/implement solutions; * Review daily status of highway operational resources; * Monitor and track operational and systemic processes, interacting with the CCO Supervisor; * Implement corrective and preventive actions, ensuring integrity of road resources; * Supervise operational bases, their equipment, facilities, and internal/external dependencies, aiming at integrity and functionality of the road operation process; * Prevent, detect, and resolve organizational climate issues, as well as internal conflicts among subordinates; * Participate (when requested) in periodic training sessions and campaigns conducted by other operational areas of the Concessionaire; * Support HR (Human Resources) in candidate sourcing for interviews to fill available road operation positions, as well as in training and development of new employees; * Onboard new employees by introducing them to management policies, internal regulations, and road operation procedures using radio communication; * Prepare, monitor, and adjust (when necessary) work schedules for road operation employees; * Periodically inform HR about absences and/or medical certificates, if applicable; * Prepare annual vacation schedules for employees under direct supervision; * Monitor overtime bank balance indicators and coordinate compensation with employees according to the current Overtime Bank rules. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields (**Mandatory**); * Experience in operational routines (**Preferred**); * Knowledge of and proficiency in using computer resources. **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher (iFood Benefícios); * Wellhub (Gympass); * Health Insurance (Unimed Estadual); * Free psychological support platform (Starbem); * Corporate University (Construa); * Life insurance.
