REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed high school * Minimum 1 year of experience in the optical field. * Preferred: Courses within the optical field. * Professional demeanor and attention to personal appearance * Strong communication skills * SALARY: R$1\.600,00 (Fixed salary) R$ 4\.400,00 (Estimated commission) R$ 6\.000,00 (Total) Average monthly earnings: Between R$6\.000,00 and R$8\.600,00, depending on performance and goal attainment BENEFITS: * 3.5% commission on sales * Bonus upon achieving targets * Meal allowance: BRL 20.00 per day * Transportation allowance SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 (1-hour lunch break) Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 or 09:00 to 13:00 Two shift options available: Scheduling is done weekly.
