Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in product shipping activities, ensuring organization, integrity, and on-time deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of inventory control and organization. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be informed during the interview **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Assist in product shipping activities, ensuring organization and integrity of items to be shipped. * Perform product picking, verification, and packaging according to received orders. * Accurately label and identify shipment units, ensuring all required information is present. * Assist in loading and unloading goods, using appropriate equipment when necessary. * Maintain inventory control and organization, conducting periodic inventories and reporting material replenishment needs. * Complete and verify shipping documents, such as invoices and service orders, ensuring information accuracy. * Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping processes and ensure on-time deliveries. * Follow company safety regulations and internal procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. * Communicate\-effectively with other departments, such as sales and production, to align shipping activities. * Perform other related duties as needed and per supervision guidance. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Affirmative action position \- Available for persons with disabilities (PCD).
