




Job Summary: Responsible for full warehouse management, including receiving, storage, inventory control, distribution, and team leadership, ensuring operational organization and efficiency. Inventory control and organization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** MON to FRI \- 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM \| 12:30 PM to 5:18 PM. **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Receiving and Inspection: Supervise the receipt of materials, supplies, parts, tools, and fuels; verify invoices, specifications, and product conditions; identify discrepancies and report procurement errors; * Storage and Organization: Ensure proper material storage, maintaining an organized, addressed warehouse compliant with safety standards; apply systems such as PVPS/FIFO/FEFO for agricultural inputs and agrochemicals; * Inventory Control: Record all material inflows and outflows in SAP, monitor minimum stock levels for critical items (PPE, fuels, parts), and calculate inventory turnover; * Inventories: Conduct periodic inventories and ensure data accuracy; * Distribution and Dispatch: Fulfill material requests from various company departments (RTs, OS, requisitions), ensuring timely and accurate delivery; * Documentation Management: Organize fiscal receipts and maintain updated reports on inventory movements; * Expiry Date and Batch Control: Monitor expiry dates of agricultural inputs and ensure traceability; * PPE and Tools Control: Manage issuance, tracking, and recording of PPE and tools used by teams; * Unit Management: Be responsible for warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe functioning; * Team Leadership: Coordinate and assign tasks, train staff, evaluate performance, and foster a productive work environment.
