**Who We Are?**

**Responsibilities:**
1\. Participate in developing and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans and meet established deadlines to ensure asset availability, reliability, and safety.
2\. Conduct inspections, field surveys, and technical reports for Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation areas to guarantee operational and asset safety.
3\. Monitor mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance activities, suggesting and implementing process improvements while adhering to safety standards and legislation.
4\. Forecast material resources required for mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance activities, contributing to technical specifications and definitions.
5\. Monitor sensory inspections performed by unit technicians on assets.
6\. Develop studies and improvement projects for processes, as well as plan their implementation.
7\. Participate in developing action plans aimed at continuous process improvement and develop the team using the SIM+ methodology.
8\. Participate in defining the unit’s annual budget by providing suggestions, reporting costs, inventory levels, monthly production, and past experience.
9\. Monitor team performance, supporting employee training and development jointly with the Human Resources area, as well as overseeing the IDPs (Individual Development Plans) of subordinates and implementing initiatives from the People Committee.
10\. Actively participate in and contribute to fulfilling corporate AMAGGI programs and initiatives, such as SSO (Safety, Health, and Environment), Continuous Improvement, Quality and Food Safety Management System (QFSMS), Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, and Physical Security, among others.
11\. Perform other related duties.
**Required Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
Experience and/or qualifications in project management, industrial automation, power distribution networks, maintenance of conveyor equipment, mills, centrifugal pumps, evaporators/heat exchangers, cost management, asset management, and prior experience in industrial and/or port operations maintenance.
