




Job Summary: Plan and execute mobility and goods flow processes, serve customers, schedule deliveries, and provide guidance on vehicle usage at Cometa Motocenter. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and execute part of the company’s mobility and goods flow processes. Issue and verify invoices, release goods for dispatch in compliance with procedures, meet established and agreed deadlines, and contribute to achieving business results. **Unit: Cometa Motocenter.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Serve customers according to Cometa’s service standards; assist with registration updates and bill printing; clarify customer inquiries—both internal and external—regarding consortia, cash sales, installment sales, financing, delivery, and timelines; * Schedule and assist with technical delivery processes, guide customers on vehicle usage, operation, warranties, and periodic maintenance, and upload delivery photos and delivery terms into the system within 30 days; * Receive invoices and vehicle license documentation, verify stamp impressions and chassis numbers, and complete information in the Owner’s Manual and Warranty Certificate prior to delivery; * Schedule and send delivery terms to sales points (delivery).
