




Job Summary: Assist in infrastructure and housing management, including construction monitoring, planning, contracts, and financial control. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in contract and construction project management 2. Active participation in executive construction planning 3. Support in input appropriation and budgetary control * Be responsible for infrastructure and/or housing service fronts and weekly service reporting; * Assist in monitoring construction execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and productivity; * Participate in the executive construction planning; * Assist in drafting contract drafts, amendments, and terminations; * Assist in receiving, verifying, and archiving prepared contracts; * Assist in entering contracts into the Sienge system; * Assist in performing contractor measurements and allocations in the Sienge system; * Assist in billing and organizing receipt of invoices after measurements; * Assist in organizing contract and measurement document files; * Assist in creating material purchase requests; * Assist in correctly appropriating material, service, and equipment inputs, always consulting the budget and Engineering if necessary; * Assist in managing contract control tracking via Excel spreadsheets; * Assist in preparing contract value comparison spreadsheets, e.g., Budgeted vs. Actual | Contract Balances; * Adhere to deadlines and procedures established by Pacaembu Construtora. Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
